My father (Mark Evans) started this business out of the basement of his home in the beautiful mountains of Alleghany County in 1990.  He put in the long hours and worked extremely hard to build this company from the ground up.  We have been in several different locations since the company started, but ultimately we ended up bringing the office back to the mountains where it originated.  Over the years I (Jacob Evans) grew up watching how my father ran the business and learned how to do the work.  He instilled in me the very same work ethic and passion that he had for his customers and his work.  I'm so appreciative for the many years of instruction I received leading up to me taking over the company.  He eventually passed the torch to me in July of 2017, and it has been a blessing.  My number one goal, like his, is customer satisfaction.  I want to make sure at the end of the day that all of my customers are happy and either cool or warm, depending on the season.  I want to say thank you to all of my customers for their support.
